I didn't receive my code / notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled for Stira in iOS Settings, and verify Focus modes aren't silencing notifications. If you recently reinstalled the app, try signing in again.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, then select Stira to change or cancel. See Apple's guide for details.
I purchased, but features are still locked.
Try restarting the app after purchase. If it persists, email support and include your Apple ID purchase email (no password) and app version.
Where can I find Terms and Privacy Policy?
Privacy Policy is available on our site. Terms of Use uses Apple's Standard EULA, linked above.
